Please contact our Customer Care team at info@virgin-river.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Be sure to include your proof of purchase, as it’s required to process any return or exchange.
If you’re experiencing an issue with a product, reach out within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a detailed description in your email so we can assist you as quickly and effectively as possible.
Please note:
- We are unable to cover return shipping fees.
- Discontinued items, limited edition/vault releases, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.
