Our Signature Small Batch Candles and Room Sprays

Deciding between our hand-poured candles and all-natural room sprays? Both products serve different, and unique, purposes. Both are made with all-natural fragrances, in recycled and reusable packaging, and the great quality you expect to find from Virgin River Naturals.

Our room sprays can do the same as our all-natural candles, but go where candles cannot. An Ode to Utah’s Beauty 

Zion has stood the test of time as an escape from daily life, providing a place of solitude to step back and take in the beauty of nature. When you light one of our candles, inspired by the grandeur of this unforgettable landscape, this once far-away place can feel very close to home. The beauty of Zion National Park and the history of the Virgin River have inspired the unique fragrances of the all-natural candles and room and linen sprays that make up the Virgin River Naturals collection. 

Our Story

Discover Relaxation

Our bespoke natural aromatic candles are hand-poured in small batches in our St. George, Utah studio, featuring a proprietary wax blend of natural soy and coconut wax, organic unrefined Utah beeswax, and natural cotton wicks. Inspired by nature, our fragrances are crafted with a blend of natural essential oils and premium phthalate-free natural fragrance oils. Our reusable glass candle containers are made from recycled glass with natural cork lids and packaged in natural kraft paper cylinder boxes. Our travel tins are made with recycled steel and are intended to be re-used too. Our Linen + Room Sprays are made using the same fragrance blends with a skin-safe, non-toxic, soy-based, odor neutralizing base.

Our Inspiration: Zion National Park

We pull the inspiration for the fragrances of our hand-poured candles right from Zion National Park. With gorgeous reddish mountains, expansive valleys, and cool blue streams, it’s difficult not to be inspired by this majestic piece of nature. Scents like ‘Blue Spruce’ call to mind hiking through the beautiful foliage of the park, and “Emerald Pools” evokes the mossy, herbal scent of the streams running through the canyons. “Canyonlands” is a tribute to another of Utah’s beloved National Parks. This fragrance calls to mind the sun-baked earth, ancient stone, and woody notes enjoyed while hiking through the bases of its canyons.

Each of our all-natural candles are rooted in a specific memory, time, and place that we wanted to recreate. The unique DNA of Utah can be found in each and every one of our products.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

When crafting our small batch, hand-poured candles, we had a keen focus on sustainability. After all, what is the golden rule of communing with nature? Leave no trace. Our commitment to being a sustainable candle brand is at the core of everything we do. 

We couldn’t create a product so inspired by nature’s beauty in a way that would cause it harm. That is why all of our ingredients are natural, our packaging is eco-friendly and reusable, and none of our products are ever tested on animals. We believe in humane treatment for the earth, and all of its inhabitants. We would never want our all-natural candles to come at the expense of our fellow creatures. 

All of our candles and fragrances are phthalate-free and all-natural, for a scented product that not only smells great, but is also safe to use in your home.

So dang good!

I picked this up on a road trip one day and have loved spritzing my bedroom for months. As the bottle got dangerously low I reached out via the website to order myself a replacement. What a wonderful array of scents! Personally I'm addicted to the fig. I had one in the cart for myself and realized that was a selfish move. Smells Like Christmas

I don't know how they managed to make a candle smell like Christmas and cookies baking all at the same time, but this candle is wonderful. The throw and scent is better than any other candle I've bought. Wasn't expecting this since it's all natural, which makes it even better. I will never buy anywhere else.
